Before joining ECG, Garrett spent three years at Loyola Medicine. As a regional project manager there, he oversaw a variety of key strategic and operational initiatives for the enterprise’s Operational Excellence Department. Garrett also led the organization’s regional strategic planning committee, which analyzed performance during COVID‑19 and evaluated market trends to realign Loyola’s critical framework with new KPIs, goals, and priorities. Additionally, Garrett executed Loyola’s ambulatory network reconfiguration strategy, an initiative that consolidated 11 of the network’s 30 outpatient clinics to achieve greater efficiency in care coordination, resulting in $2.3 million in cost savings.
